AI playground processing
When you use a demo, your input and relevant fictional source passages or computed results are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to MiniMax. For invoice uploads, a text-based PDF is parsed in an isolated worker and its extracted text is sent to the model; images and scanned documents are not supported. Uploads are processed in memory and are not saved by this application. Do not submit confidential business information, personal records, passwords, or other sensitive information. Provider processing and retention depend on the account’s terms and configuration; this application cannot promise that a provider retains nothing.
What this application stores
Raw prompts and generated results are not saved by the application, except for the automation demo’s explicitly labeled sandbox CRM record. That record contains a derived name, company, summary, and priority, is isolated to your anonymous session, expires after 10 minutes, and can be deleted from the result screen. Other results remain in the current page’s memory until reset, navigation, or reload. A signed, essential demo-session cookie identifies an anonymous session for up to 24 hours. The quota store holds a keyed hash of your IP address, session identifiers, request counts, budget reservations, and short-lived concurrency records; quota records expire after at most 24 hours. The application logs request identifiers, stage outcomes, model names, latency, token counts, and estimated cost, without prompt or result text. Hosting and gateway logs have their own retention settings.
Optional consultation summary
The inquiry form lets you prepare and review information in your browser. It does not send inquiries to XevorTech, an email service, or a CRM. If you explicitly choose to include an AI summary, it is placed in this tab’s session storage with a 10-minute validity period and removed when the contact form loads. An expired summary is never imported; closing the tab clears session storage. You may edit or remove it before reviewing your inquiry.
Analytics and hosting
The site includes Vercel Web Analytics and records playground start, completion, and consultation-click events. Custom event properties contain only the demo name and whether the visitor chose to include a summary; they do not include prompts, results, names, or email addresses. Hosting infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP addresses and access logs.
Before public launch
The final notice must identify the legal company entity, privacy contact, applicable processing basis, service providers and retention periods, international transfers where applicable, and visitors’ rights and choices. A verified privacy contact will be published once company details are confirmed.
